Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY
A 15 minute grace period is extended to all clients. If exceeded, a $25 late fee will be added to your service fee. I reserve all rights to cancel an appointment once the grace period has been exceeded and refuse service in the future to clients that are chronically late. In the event that your appointment is cancelled, your retainer will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelled appointments will result in a forfeit of the retainer. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours to the appointment, client will be responsible for the total cost of the service and the card on file will be charged accordingly.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to 7 days prior to the appointment date. Retainer can only be transferred once. If rescheduling less than 7 days to the appointment date, the retainer will be forfeited and the client will be required to schedule a new appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please call or text if you can no longer make your appointment. No shows will be charged the total cost of the service using the card on file and will not be permitted to make appointments in the future. No exceptions.
